What is chiropractic?
Chiropractic is a health-care profession that focuses on the spine, other joints, and their relation to the nervous system. Chiropractors deliver an adjustment either by hand or with a tool to help restore function and relieve pain. This helps the patient maintain optimal health without the need of drugs or surgery.
What to expect
Initial Patient Exam
Every patient is required to have a new patient exam performed by our chiropractic physicians prior to treatment. This is so we can assess the cause of your issues, not just treat the symptoms.
Chiropractic Adjustment
A chiropractic adjustment is typically done by hand, but can also be achieved by the use of a tool called an activator. The goal of an adjustment is to correct alignment, restore full joint biomechanical motion, and decrease pain. Additionally, an adjustment can help decrease inflammation, decrease muscle spasm, and improve neurological conditions. The popping sound often accompanied by an adjustment is referred to as a cavitation, which is produced by nitrogen gas in the joint capsule.
Medical Massage
A medical massage is performed by a chiropractic physician. This is a deep tissue type of massage that focuses on restoring optimal function of the musculoskeletal system. A medical massage may also include cupping and IASTM techniques.
Meet the Doctor
Who I am.
Dr. Tori Estel is a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic who graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida. Dr. Tori was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee but fell in love with Florida after moving there for school. At the age of 12, she had spine surgery to correct a progressive spinal curvature known as scoliosis, which sparked her interest in chiropractic care. She loves that she is able to help patients get out of pain and back to activities they enjoy in a non-invasive way. Dr. Tori enjoys treating patients of all ages and walks of life.
Previously, Dr. Tori worked in Physical Therapy as a Physical Therapy Technician while she was pursuing her Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Exercise Science and Health Professions at The University of Memphis.
Outside of the office, you can find Dr. Tori at the park with her pup, Lady, working on a new craft, or soaking up the sun at the beach.

Dry needling is a safe, effective treatment used to release tight muscles, reduce pain, and improve movement. During treatment, a thin, sterile needle is gently inserted into “trigger points” — knots or tight bands within the muscle. This helps reset the muscle, improve blood flow, and calm irritation in the surrounding nerves.
While it may look similar to acupuncture, dry needling is based on modern science and focuses on musculoskeletal pain and movement dysfunction. Most patients describe the sensation as a quick twitch or mild ache, often followed by a noticeable release of tension.
